Siu, Slave. Earth. It is an acronym for Utero and is a pen name used by the author (&illustrator). Her gender is male. He is the author and illustrator of Tower of God.
On his blog, he constantly writes biogrophies of characters in Tower of God or information about Towet of God. Although there are other webtoons that he has written and drawn, as can be seen from his blog, he has lost himself to Tower of God.
He likes to troll his readers by giving them unusual information about characters whose gender is unclear :D (there were examples after that but I'm not translating them so you don't eat spoilers).
As those who read Tower of God can understand, the author loves photobombing and gives some of the characters the names of football players. He also makes jokes about football sometimes.
Also, the fact that Ja Wangnan's name is "I am the prince" when read backwards indicates that SIU uses other interesting methods than photball names when naming characters.
